Our 50plus offers are included in the entrance fee and can be used in the Seestern thermal springs and / or the sauna world. The offers are not valid on vacation days in MV!

Every Monday:
9 am - 10 am Nordic Walking Outdoor course (Meeting point: Sport-Info)

Every Monday and Wednesday:
10 am - 10.30 am back gymnastics in the aerobics room
10.30 am - 11 am muscle relaxation in the aerobics room
10 am - 10.30 am water gymnastics
10.30 am - 11 am water gymnastics
11 am - 11.30 am water gymnastics
11.30 am - 12 am water gymnastics
2 pm - 2.30 pm back gymnastics in the aerobics room
2.40 pm – 3 pm muscle relaxation in the aerobics room
3 pm - 3.30 pm water gymnastics 3.30 pm – 4 pm water gymnastics

Every Tuesday and Thursday:
10.05 am - 10.40 am Aqua course (no medical insurance fund allowance granted for this course)
11 am - 11.30 am water gymnastics

Your medical insurance fund may pay for our 50plus courses. Please check with your fund in advance. Our 50plus offers are conducted with 4 or more participants and are subject to availability.
